What the browser measures
eDPI is DPI multiplied by game sensitivity. Compare values only within the same sensitivity scale. This does not convert settings between games.
Reading the result
800 DPI multiplied by sensitivity 0.5 gives 400 eDPI. A different game can use a different sensitivity scale, so an equal eDPI number does not establish equal turning distance across games.
Why results can differ
A browser observes events exposed by your operating system. One test cannot establish whether a device is faulty. Connection, settings, focus and browser behavior can change the results.
